3. Products We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We accept all major credit cards and Shop Pay. Luvelle Fit reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Orders & Fulfillment Orders are fulfilled through print-on-demand and dropshipping partners. Processing times may vary. Once an order is placed, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it as production begins promptly.

6. Shipping Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Luvelle Fit is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues. We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

8. Intellectual Property All content on luvellefit.com — including logos, images, text, and designs — is the property of Luvelle Fit and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability Luvelle Fit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
